Under the umbrella of BSD, the Enterprise Solution team has been playing a vital role in successfully selling B2B products & services to SME segment keeping the aim of Jazz for being No.1 telco. The nationwide ES team is always outstanding when it comes to meet customer’s expectation and experience.
To carry on with the standard of delivering the outstanding customer experience, the ES Team has successfully entered into a MOU with Lahore Chamber Of commerce (LCCI). LCCI acts as a bridge between the government and the business community with more than twenty-five thousand registered companies including SME and Corporate sector. Jazz has signed a two years contract with twenty-five companies ensuring One Million revenue a month.
The initiative was taken by Fawad Fareed (Team Leader Central 1 region) under the leadership of Regional Manager Shoukat Ali Mayo. The MOU signing ceremony took place on 18th January at the Lahore Chamber Of Commerce in the presence of ES team members and LCCI president. The president LCCI Mr. Almas Haider acknowledged Jazz on providing state of the art services “Jazz has taken a productive initiative in order to promote trader’s communication and delivering the excellent customer experience”.
The basic aim behind this initiative is to engage and approach new corporate members and tap the unexplored market. This would also help in retaining the accounts as well as introducing new products and services to the customers. The team continues to tap new markets and increase the number of companies. Enterprise Solution is always in pace and ready win and promote Jazz on all forums.
