Stay home, have us collect your bill. Or better yet, pay from the comfort of your online banking or through ATMs of major participating banks. You can sign up for a mobile wallet and use JazzCash to pay your bill conveniently. We offer a host of convenient payment methods including.

Scratch Card

Purchase a Jazz scratch card/voucher from your nearest Retailer, Franchise or Customer Care center, and pay your postpaid bill using the amount on that card/voucher.
To make payment, simply type *123*<14-digit code of card/voucher># and press Send/Call from your Jazz number.

Jazz Load

Visit your nearest Jazz Retailer and pay your Jazz bill using the Jazz Load service.
Simply provide the retailer with the mobile number and amount you wish to pay.

JazzCash

Now you can pay your postpaid bill through JazzCash Mobile Account yourself or through any JazzCash agent across Pakistan. To locate the nearest JazzCash agent send J to short code 2179 (no charges apply).

Jazz Business centers and Franchises

Pay your bill directly at any Jazz Business Center or Franchise.

Direct Debit

Every month, outstanding amount of your bill will be debited from your credit card automatically before the due date of your Postpaid bill. You will still receive monthly bills for your record.

To avail direct debit facility, you need to fill out and submit a Direct Debit Mandate Form available from Jazz offices, along with the photocopy of your personal CNIC and Credit Card (Front Side).

Bill payments will be automatically collected against your credit card from your bank. You will still receive monthly bills via email or courier for your record (depending on your preference marked; e-bill or hard copy)
