DoubleUP Number service allows a subscriber to have a virtual number in addition to the primary number on the same SIM. This service is for prepaid subscribers only.

Note: All the bundles can be subscribed at the same time and the user can also select a single bundle, too.
Subscriber can also upgrade these bundles via IVR. Dial on 4030 and Select Upgrade DoubleUP Number from Main Menu.
Subscribers can set call back reminders for important calls when they are busy. If a Subscriber was not able to attend the last two calls, in the last 10 minutes, from a particular recipient an SMS will be sent to subscriber to set a Call back reminder.
Subscribers can schedule and invite the attendees to a meeting via Meeting Room by sending them a unique PIN. Each meeting will be identified with a unique pin and can be sent to all the attendees.

You can start using your DoubleUp Number immediately, given that you have sufficient balance to cover call charges. Your DoubleUp Number uses the available balance as your regular number so there is no need for any special recharge vouchers. The entire billing is conveniently consolidated against your primary Jazz number.
To make a call or send an SMS from your Jazz DoubleUp Number, simply add 88 before the number you are calling or messaging.
For example, if you want to call/ send SMS to 030XXXXXXXX, you need to dial 88030XXXXXXXX.
The called party will see your DoubleUp Number on the CLI without the 88 i.e. 030XXXXXXXX. Moreover, PTCL numbers can also receive and make calls to DoubleUp Numbers.
People who want to call or message you can easily do so by dialing your DoubleUp Number just as they would dial any regular Jazz number. There is no need for them to add the 88 prefix because when you receive a call or SMS on your DoubleUp Number the CLI displayed on your phone will have the 88 prefix before the calling party’s number. This helps you identify the call on your DoubleUp Number.
At times when you do not want to receive calls on your DoubleUp Number, you can log-off from the service via IVR or SMS.
Dial 4030 from your phone and select 1 to log-off or 1 to log-on (in case your DoubleUp Number is logged-off). You can log-off or log-on via SMS to 4030 and manage your active / non-active states
We also provide the facility to schedule log-off and log-on, in which case the service will automatically become inactive for the times specified by you.
With this control over the service’s active / non-active state, you can easily keep your regular Jazz number on and not worry about receiving calls on your DoubleUp Number when you do not want to.
This is a subscription based feature for Jazz DoubleUp Number that allows you to control which numbers can call on your DoubleUp Number.
To subscribe to this useful feature dial 5929 or SMS ‘sub’ to 5929.
Once you are subscribed to this feature you can easily dial 5929, select 1 to add the numbers you want to block. There is no limit on blocking the unwanted numbers.
To unblock any number simply select 2 after dialing 5929 and specify the number to be un-blocked when prompted.
You can also use SMS to block / un-block numbers by using the ‘Block’ & ‘Unblock’ command and send it to 5929.
Numbers on the block list cannot call on your Jazz DoubleUp Number until you unblock them. Blocked Number/ callers will not be aware that you have blocked them, however, they will get a notification that the number is switched off.

In both cases when the subscription is complete, an SMS will be sent to you containing your Jazz DoubleUp Number.
No. You do not need any special SIM or phone to subscribe to the DoubleUp Number Service. This service can work on any standard mobile or smart phone.
The Jazz DoubleUp Number is an additional Jazz Number on your existing Jazz SIM.
Currently, we do not have the option of number selection in DoubleUp Numbers.
You can subscribe to one DoubleUp Number only, against your regular Jazz number.
All Jazz Prepaid customers can subscribe for the Jazz DoubleUp Number service.
(Note: Jazz DoubleUp Number Service is not available for Postpaid Customers)
To make a call from your Jazz DoubleUp Number, simply add 88 before the number you are calling.
For example, if you want to call 030XXXXXXXX, you need to dial 88030XXXXXXXX. The called party will see your DoubleUp Number on the CLI, which will look like a regular Jazz number e.g. 030XXXXXXXX.
As long as you have sufficient balance, you can call any local number within Pakistan from your Jazz DoubleUp Number. Just add 88 before the desired number. For call charges refer to the charges section.
However, the International outgoing calling facility is not offered on your DoubleUp Number.
Anyone calling you on your DoubleUp Number, can simply dial your DoubleUp Number just like they would any other Jazz number without adding the prefix.
When you receive a call on your Jazz DoubleUp Number, the prefix: 88 is added before the caller’s number on the CLI. For example if you receive a call from 030XXXXXXXX on your DoubleUp Number, then the CLI will show 88030XXXXXXXX.
To send an SMS from your Jazz DoubleUp Number, simply add 88 before the desired number. For example if you want to send an SMS to 030XXXXXXXX then add 88 before the number i.e. 88030XXXXXXXX & the recipient of the SMS will receive your DoubleUp Number as CLI.
When you receive an SMS on your Jazz DoubleUp Number, 88 is added before the sender’s number. For example if you receive an SMS from 030XXXXXXXX then it will show as: 88030XXXXXXXX.
No, your existing Jazz numbers’ balance will be used for Jazz DoubleUp Numbers’ calls and SMS.
Yes. You can make calls on PTCL numbers using your DoubleUp Number.
Yes. You can receive calls on your DoubleUp Number from a PTCL number.

International calls and SMS are not allowed from the Jazz DoubleUp Number service, however, prefix charges (dialing 88) will be automatically deducted incase a user attempts to send SMS or make a call to an international number
No. When someone on your block list calls you, they will only hear a ‘user busy’ announcement.
Dial 5929, when prompted, press 2 to select ‘Un Block Number’ and enter the complete number (using your keypad). You do not need to add 88 before the number.
To unblock a number via SMS, write Unblock 030XXXXXXXX and send it to 5929. Once the number is successfully unblocked, you will be able to receive calls and SMSs from the unblocked number on your DoubleUp Number.

To block an unwanted number via SMS write Block 030XXXXXXXX and send it to 5929. Once the number is successfully blocked you will not receive calls and SMSs from the blocked number on your DoubleUp Number.

Dial 4030 from your mobile, when prompted, select 2 for a schedule log-off. After selecting schedule log off, enter your log-off start time and press #; then enter the end time and save the schedule. Your Jazz DoubleUp Number will remain logged off during the scheduled timings.
With the scheduled log-off, your Jazz DoubleUp Number will automatically log-off during pre-defined timings. For example if you don’t want to receive calls between 05:00PM and 09:00PM, then you can set the log-off time between 05:00PM & 09:00PM. At 09:00PM your Jazz DoubleUp Number will automatically log back on.
To avoid all incoming calls and SMS on your DoubleUp Number you can log off your DoubleUp Number at any time. With logging off, you will not receive any Calls or SMSs on your Jazz DoubleUp Number. Moreover, you don’t need to switch off your mobile phone or your primary number.
