With Jazz’s MyEmail service, Jazz customers can check their emails on any handset without an Internet connection!

How do I configure MyEmail?
  • Step 1. Dial *743# to subscribe to MyEmail.
  • Step 2. After subscribing to MyEmail, access the menu by dialing *743#, and select “Setup” to configure your email account.
  • Step 3. Select which email account you want to setup. The service supports Gmail, Hotmail, MSN and Yahoo accounts.
  • Step 4. Enter your Gmail, Hotmail, MSN or Yahoo account ID and password. Your account information will be kept confidential at all times.
  • Step 5. After your setup is complete, you can start receiving and sending emails from Jazz’s MyEmail service.
    • How do I write an email?

    You can compose emails by selecting the COMPOSE option.

    How do I read an email?

    You can read emails by selecting the INBOX option and choosing any email to read.

    How do I delete an email?

    You can delete emails by selecting the DELETE option when you are reading any email.

    How do I forward an email?

    You can forward emails by selecting the FORWARD option when you are reading any email.

    How do I reply to an email?

    You can reply to emails by selecting the REPLY option when you are reading any email.

    How do I unsubscribe from MyEmail service?

    You can unsubscribe from the service through the *743# setup menu.
