As we march forward in bridging the gap between digital enablement for our users, we are launching an on demand intra city ride booking service, mLift, where customers can book a ride by dialing 7555.

It will find a taxi based on rider’s location and nearby available rider’s location.

All you need to have is a GSM phone and good negotiation skills.

Following are simple steps to book your ride:

1. Dial 7555 to book a ride
2. Negotiate Fare
3. Take ride
4. Record feedback if any by dialing 7555 and pressing 3
